Try a group Pilates mat class where you can focus on breath and alignment or The Blend, which combines strength training, core work and stretching.
If you prefer a private, duet or small group setting, you can schedule time on the Pilates apparatus or customize a personal training program to meet your specific needs. Private sessions may include cardiovascular and strength training at Halo Fitness as well as the use of Pilates equipment and accessories in the studio.

Mat Pilates provides the foundation for a solid Pilates practice with a series of well-balanced movements that may incorporate props for an added challenge. Focus is on breath, strength, control, precision, awareness of movement, alignment and flexibility. This class takes the body through all spinal movements - flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation.
Mat Pilates $21/class or $220/12 classes
Seniors (65+) $15/class or $150/12 classes
