Bill Curcio, six-time Ironman, offers tennis-specific workouts, strength training for groups of pre-teens and teens and private sessions on demand. Call 203.209.6738 or email to reserve a group class or private session.

Mike Domanick hosts Maximum Fitness, small group training on the fitness floor on Tuesdays 10 am - 11 am, Wednesdays 1 pm - 2 pm, Thursdays 8 am - 9 am and Fridays 1 pm - 2 pm.  His one-hour sessions combine weights and calisthenics so you can reduce body fat while building strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and coordination.  Enhance your life and your performance in sports. Get fit alone or with family and friends!  $100/hour for private training or $60/session each for two people (email Mike, call 203.609.1234 or walk in). 

Tetiana (Tanya) Kokorska teaches Cardio and Core, a mix of cardio, strength training and exercises that build a strong core.  This safe and effective workout will challenge people of all fitness levels.  Perfect for body shaping, toning and improving your stamina.  Every class incorporates different equipment and unique exercises to help you progress to the next fitness level.  Registration is limited to eight participants per class. Ernest Toussant, creator of The Ernest Way, teaches a high energy one-hour class to strengthen your mind, body and spirit on Mondays at 8:45 am and 10 am, Wednesdays at 9:45 am and Fridays at 12:30 pm.  Learn how to get your body to perform in spite of injuries and mental obstacles.  Ernest is committed to maintaining a small class size for maximum personal attention.  Therefore, advance registration is required. Call 914.522.8592 or email to advance your journey toward health and wellness.
