We’re open seven days a week. 5:30 am - 9 pm Monday through Thursday; 5:30 am - 8 pm Friday8 am - 6 pm Saturday and Sunday.  We also rent space! Halo Studios three open studios, meditation garden, lobby and two suites are available by the hour, day or week.  Reserve space. Join Leslie Berni, owner of Breathe Fitness, and Nancy Lochtefeld, owner of Nearwater Pilates, to raise money to help feed hungry local children during the holidays and throughout the year. All proceeds go to Filling in the Blanks, a local nonprofit that fights childhood hunger by providing more than 800 children in Stamford, Norwalk and the surrounding area with meals on the weekend and during school breaks. Join Robin for this Thursday evening class. Ground yourself in the essentials of MAT PILATES, mastering proper technique to reap the benefits of pilates. This class helps participants develop true core strength and stability while heightening mind-body awareness. It is suitable for those who've been inactive or coming off of an injury as well as a seasoned pilates participant. Props (balls, weights, fitness circle) add variety and build familiarity for a more challenging class.
