Training for more than 12 years, Rebecca Kimball, homegrown New Canaan graduate, has a wide spectrum of experience in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer and sports conditioning specialist. Not only is she a universal athlete herself, participating and exceling in numerous sports since a very young age, Rebecca focuses attention and training on making sure every client feels like an athlete, whether a novice, beginner or an experienced professional. Having trained everyone from her deemed “navy-seal- soccer-moms” and busy wall-street dads to young athletic beginners, tri-athletes and squash pros, Rebecca has the skills and background to get results, building personalized and adaptive training regiment’s specific to each one of her clients. As the creator and founder of COMBINEX Fitness, Rebecca is famous for her hardcore, high-intensity training style that is fast-paced, functional, athletic, structured, extreme and effective. Her weekly, well-rounded Bootcamp classes, although intimidating, are gratifying, provoking self-pride and accomplishment in every bead of sweat. Rebecca challenges her clients and pushes them to achieve their goals and more. If you are willing to give 100 percent, she is willing to give 110.
